Frequently Asked Questions

We know there may be questions we haven’t considered yet, so we will update this page as new questions come in. Here are a few for now:

Can I bring my family, partner, or children to the reunion?
We invite you to bring your loved ones to Family Camp. Due to space capacity, the reunions are limited to alumni only.

Can we request cabins or people to bunk with?
Yes! We will be taking cabin requests now and later. As you are considering the cabin, please ensure you fill your cabin to at least 8-10 individuals. We plan to accommodate as many alumni as possible.

Can I stay in town, and is there a day rate?
Yes, there’s a day rate option on the sign-up form.

Are there special accommodations available?
Our staff villages have a few buildings with bathrooms and regular mattresses. We will do our best to accommodate, and may also refer some people to Bemidji for lodging.

If you haven’t returned to Camp in recent years, you’ll be glad to know our bunk beds and mattresses are newer — still campy, but almost adult-comfortable!

What activities will be open?

We are still finalizing those details, but many of your favorite activities will be available, including archery, riflery, canoeing, sailing, waterskiing, and more. If there’s a specific activity you’d like to see available, please let us know!

Alumni Directory

We recently sent an email with details about the 2026 All-Camp Reunion, but we’ve heard from some alumni that they didn’t receive it. We sincerely apologize for this glitch.

If you didn’t receive the message, check your spam or promotions folders, double check that you’re enrolled in our alumni directory, and confirm the email address we have on file. We’re actively working to resolve this issue so future messages reach everyone properly.

In the meantime, please share this information with any alumni who might not have received it — we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to join us for this special weekend!
