Responsible for leading a specific group of 6-8 children on a trip progression in one or more program areas (canoe, backpack, etc.).
Skill Requirements: |

Trip Counselors must be a minimum of 20 years of age |

Previous child experience necessary |
 |
Previous backcountry leading experience or extensive wilderness experience. |
 |
Minimum of WFA certification preferred (certification available) |

Assist in coordinating routes and providing support to Trip Counselor. Accompanies less experienced trip counselors on trips. Leads progressions in one or more program areas (canoe, backpack etc.).

Administrative position with responsibilities that include: maintain and coordinate equipment, food and transportation for 60-100 trips annually. (Internship supervision experience available.)
